Warming Ginger Bath
One of my favorite ways of showing myself love is a long hot bath. It is so relaxing and water has a way of washing away any tension and easing stress of daily life. I created a ginger bath the other day that was so cheap and easy to do that I had to share it with you!
You will need:
1 lb of Ginger root
Cheese cloth or nutmilk bag
Epsom salt, candles, cayenne
*Fill your blender with water and add ginger. (add a 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne for an extra warming effect)
*Blend until you have a fine pulp, poor through cheese cloth into running hot water filling your bath.
*Add epsom salts, light candles and seal in the aroma by closing the bathroom door.
*Soak for a minimum of 30 minutes allowing the magnesium and ginger to penetrate deep into you skin.
*Dry off, lie down and cover yourself immediately for an added warming effect outside of the bath.
