Our cleaning blend is a simple, hand-mixed combination of coarse salt and fine baking soda—nothing else.

The coarse salt acts as a gentle abrasive to lift stuck food and carbon buildup without scratching the seasoning. The fine baking soda neutralizes odors, cuts grease, and leaves the surface clean and ready to cook again.

Just add a little water to form a paste, scrub with a brush or chainmail, rinse, dry thoroughly, and lightly oil. No soaps, no harsh chemicals—just effective, everyday care that keeps your cast iron seasoned and strong for years.
